Description

  • Meet key performance indicators set by the Manager of Sales Development.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Drive acquisition of new logos within the target market.
  • Qualify and process assigned leads into sales opportunities.
  • Learn and communicate the value of the company’s technology offerings.
  • Research prospects and gather business intelligence.
  • Drive traffic and support attendance at trade shows and other events.
  • Follow up with prospects to keep the sales cycle moving and ensure meetings are completed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Clear, controlled, and professional communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with thorough follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Strong sales aptitude and the ability to confidently articulate the business benefits of technology.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing technology sales environment.
  • Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, phone, inquiry, and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational discipline.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Knowledge of sales technologies, including lead management software, Salesforce CRM, and data platforms.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization.
