Description

  • Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, and related opportunity submissions for international customers.
  • Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure submissions are high-quality and compliant.
  • Coordinate capture activities across the company to align strategy, messaging, and win themes.
  • Gather and coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to assemble proposal responses.
  • Ensure proposals clearly communicate the value of Slingshot’s Space Operations Intelligence and Autonomy offerings.
  • Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories for international captures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and strengthen international bid capability.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or managing proposal development, bids, or capture activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication and document coordination skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to assemble proposal responses.
  • Familiarity with RFIs, RFPs, or similar procurement processes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting both quick-turn proposals and complex strategic bids (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government, defense, or public-sector procurement (preferred).
  • Experience working across international teams or regions, or exposure to aerospace, space, satellite data, defense, or advanced analytics industries (preferred).
  • Experience with proposal management tools, CRM systems, or opportunity tracking platforms (preferred).
