Description

  • Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients.
  • Provide pre-sales support by servicing inbound sales and related inquiries.
  • Engage, educate, and qualify prospective customers through phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Make 80 to 100 dials per day.
  • Track lead-generation processes and support marketing activities and prospect touchpoints.
  • Hand off qualified prospects to the Account Executive.
  • Separate Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience with high-volume outbound calls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in real estate or mortgage.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred.

Benefits

  • $37,000 - $55,000 annual base salary plus $30,000 commission target.

  • Remote work support, including a one-time $500 office setup reimbursement and $85 monthly internet/phone stipend.
  • Flexible time off with no strict limits, subject to manager approval.

  • 401(k) with 100% company match up to 3% of compensation or $8,000, immediately vested.
