Description

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and escalation point for key client accounts.
  • Lead client meetings, check-ins, and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
  • Analyze client performance data, feedback, and market trends to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with internal teams across Implementation, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to resolve client challenges and improve alignment.
  • Monitor usage, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Support renewal processes by providing relevant data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify clients for testimonials and case studies.
  • Assist onboarding and implementation teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Product Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, project management, account management, or business development.
  • Experience in a solutions-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be located in the US West Coast / Pacific Time Zone.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks and develop relationships across different markets.
  • Proactive problem-solver able to navigate ambiguity and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong accountability and dependability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
