Description

  • Lead and close strategic enterprise deals and partnerships to accelerate adoption of Player Engagement Services.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive adoption of new product features and services.
  • Act as the primary Player Engagement contact for cross-Keywords (“One Keywords”) business opportunities across Create, Globalize, and Engage divisions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal structuring, and present proposals to clients.
  • Receive and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs and prepare competitive proposals.
  • Use and expand industry networks to create net-new opportunities and open doors with game publishers.
  • Represent Keywords at conferences, public forums, and speaking opportunities to promote Player Engagement services.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and business review reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on business objectives, client initiatives, and ensure successful delivery and handover.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of business development experience in or around the video game industry.
  • Proven experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, SVP, VP).
  • Experience negotiating and executing complex deals in excess of $10M.
  • Strong critical thinking, commercial creativity, and process-driven execution.
  • Data-driven mentality with the ability to work through ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and regular pipeline/reporting practices (for weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews).
