Description

  • Own and grow a specific industry, territory, or country as if it were your own business line.
  • Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Run high-impact product demos that demonstrate how the SmartBox solves customers' operational challenges.
  • Experiment with and refine outreach methods and sales pitches to create new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business and consistently close new accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.
  • Adapt strategies based on results and customer feedback to scale the market you own.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business.
  • Proven self-starter who is energized by ownership and creating new sales plays.
  • Resilient and resourceful mindset with persistence after rejection.
  • Passion for learning products and demonstrating their operational impact to customers.
  • Startup-minded: flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond the immediate role.
  • Sales experience in the US and/or Canada.
  • Nice to have: sales experience in hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, or government services.
  • Nice to have: background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS, and experience selling to first responder or energy sectors.
