Description

  • Lead post-deal partner management, including sales planning, adoption of the Ethos offering, and account growth.
  • Monitor and maintain account performance using data-driven metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key agents and influencers.
  • Establish thought leadership and help strengthen the brand with partners.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive execution independently.
  • Serve as the voice of the account partner to internal stakeholders by contributing input on the user experience and product roadmap.
  • Travel approximately 5 days per month.
  • Design and execute account growth rollout plans such as integration plans, enablement, and co-marketing efforts with partner stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in life insurance distribution.
  • Experience with Network Marketing Organizations.
  • Demonstrated sales development experience driving growth through newly acquired distribution relationships with downline sub-agencies and agents.
  • Knowledge of the competitive product and operational value chain in life insurance or insurtech.
  • Ability to craft partner-specific value propositions and recommend the appropriate solution for each situation.
  • Experience overseeing partnership onboarding, integration, and relationship management.
  • Ability to drive optimization of sales processes and integrations.
  • History of working with marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive adoption by agents.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Preferred: marketing and/or consumer sales experience.
  • Preferred: experience scaling and optimizing enterprise partnerships and accounts.
  • Tech savvy with a progressive, innovative view of insurtech and fintech opportunities.
  • Prefer candidates located within 1 hour drive of a major airport.
  • Willingness to travel about 5 days per month.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $102,000 to $180,000 per year.
  • Potential bonus and equity in addition to base salary.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
