Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of deals spanning high-velocity transactional opportunities and complex enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with dedicated BDRs to co-develop territory plans, outbound strategies, and pipeline generation tactics.
  • Own the end-to-end closing process, including discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify expansion opportunities for SELECT.
  • Partner with the Solution Engineering team to run solution-focused customer conversations.
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, and phone to create and nurture opportunities.
  • Stay current on trends in FinOps and data engineering to deliver relevant customer solutions.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the SELECT sales culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing both high-volume transactional cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
  • Strong self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and CRM management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, creatively, and proactively.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, and motivated with a thorough, tenacious approach.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom between strategic and tactical views.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with FinOps and/or data engineering is a plus.
