Description

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across US and international markets through structured outreach.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and business objectives.
  • Develop tailored proposals and positioning that align services to client goals.
  • Manage client relationships across the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Map target accounts and build multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Convert inbound leads and referrals into new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client intelligence in target sectors.
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives based on client feedback and market insight.
  • Contribute to BD strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or client relationship management, ideally within professional services, recruitment solutions, or a related B2B services environment.
  • Demonstrated success engaging US-based or international clients.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities accurately, and develop compelling proposals.
  • Confident communicator across email, video, and phone, including with C-level stakeholders.
  • Disciplined CRM user with strong attention to pipeline hygiene and follow-through.
  • Self-directed and effective in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong written English to a professional services standard.
