Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound interest.
  • Lead discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Use consultative, value-based selling to align software solutions with customer pain points.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and activity records in a CRM system such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Own an individual contributor, end-to-end sales closing role for the US market.
  • Meet a quarterly quota of around $60K, subject to change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technology sales, with B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling for a software company.
  • Preferably an MBA or engineering background, though this is not required.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain software functionality.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Sandler's, Question-Based Selling, and Solution Selling is an advantage.
  • Background in IT management software sales is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work the listed shift of 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST.
