Description

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across Data Engineering, Managed Services, Machine Learning, and Analytics practice areas.
  • Co-sell with Snowflake, AWS, and other ecosystem partners to sell data and AI engineering services into enterprise accounts.
  • Drive lead generation activities such as cold calls, email outreach, social selling, and regional events to expand market awareness.
  • Partner with Managing Directors, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to scope and present solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Own the phData brand across your territory and accounts, including sales, delivery, and overall customer success.
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify stakeholders, champions, and budget owners across lines of business.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, update deals, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Complete training and adopt new company initiatives to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services, with cloud services, data services, or AI experience preferred.
  • Experience co-selling with technology partners, with Snowflake, Azure, or AWS experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to craft proposals, SOWs, negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing $250K+ deals that grow into multi-million dollar customers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and be inclusive in the sales process.
  • Natural curiosity about customers and their businesses.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • 5-15 years of experience in consulting sales, delivery, or a hands-on technical role is strongly aligned with the role.
  • Residence in or significant experience working in the greater Chicagoland area is preferred.
