Description

  • Conduct claims analysis and create enterprise-grade deliverables for the sales team.
  • Support the presales process for large enterprise clients, consultants, and benefit brokers.
  • Independently query large datasets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights.
  • Use historical claims data to produce reprice reporting for assessment and risk management.
  • Prepare high-quality, client-ready materials through audit and evaluation processes.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and summarize findings clearly.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, Slack, phone, and video calls.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on the potential impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.
  • Support non-enterprise RFP pipeline work and related tasks when enterprise pipeline volume is low.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Analytics, Clinical, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
