Description

  • Own and manage client and stakeholder relationships from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
  • Lead client meetings, cadence calls, status updates, and recurring reporting.
  • Ensure projects stay on track, remain in scope, and align with client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and partner with internal specialists to guide strategy.
  • Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proactively identify issues and opportunities before they become client concerns.
  • Help clients understand marketing performance, KPIs, and reporting outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client retention and NPS performance targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or another customer-facing role.
  • 1+ year of experience working inside a digital marketing agency.
  • SEO and PPC experience is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting.
  • Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently.
  • Comfort discussing strategy, KPIs, and digital performance with clarity and confidence.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and paid media.
  • Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
  • Experience in home services industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or remodeling is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely with a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and strong self-management.
  • Agency experience: 3 years required.
  • Customer service or account management experience: 2 years preferred.
