Description

Own and manage client and stakeholder relationships from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
Lead client meetings, cadence calls, status updates, and recurring reporting.
Ensure projects stay on track, remain in scope, and align with client goals.
Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and partner with internal specialists to guide strategy.
Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities before they become client concerns.
Help clients understand marketing performance, KPIs, and reporting outcomes.
Maintain strong client retention and NPS performance targets.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or another customer-facing role.
1+ year of experience working inside a digital marketing agency.
SEO and PPC experience is required.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads reporting, and Meta Business Manager reporting.
Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs independently.
Comfort discussing strategy, KPIs, and digital performance with clarity and confidence.
Solid understanding of SEO and paid media.
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify.
Experience in home services industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or remodeling is a plus.
Experience working remotely with a dedicated workspace, reliable internet, and strong self-management.
Agency experience: 3 years required.
Customer service or account management experience: 2 years preferred.

Salary of $2,300–$2,800 USD.
