Description

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts across retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent sectors.
  • Launch, serve, and optimize client campaigns to maximize ROI and campaign success.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and agencies about digital media and CTV advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering industry insights, guidance, and best practices to clients.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior account management team members.
  • Use AI tools to identify performance drivers and translate findings into clear optimization actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • 1+ years of management experience leading a sales or account management team, with forecasting experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV advertising.
  • Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, and working with major agencies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging customers and agencies in discussions about digital media.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute account plans and business initiatives.
  • AI-first, data-driven workflow, including using AI to accelerate analysis, forecasting, and reporting while validating outputs against source data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients or agencies, complex accounts, and large budgets (preferred).
  • Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $91,963 to $189,336 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity compensation.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation.
