Description

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of the GTM technology stack from lead generation through implementation and expansion.
  • Design and optimize workflows across the full customer lifecycle, serving as the primary architect for Salesforce and related GTM systems.
  • Establish scalable system governance, data standards, and integration frameworks across GTM tools.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve revenue operations efficiency.
  • Design scalable operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and interview operations, including lead management, routing, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that support executive decision-making, funnel analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies for their potential to create operational scale and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce and modern GTM tools.
  • Experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations at scale in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting both sales and post-sale organizations across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve business operations and decision-making.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive work forward in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
