Description

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and qualifying leads and sales opportunities.
  • Handle inbound customer communication and escalate billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries appropriately.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, leadership, and other teams to build strategic financial plans for customers.
  • Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance and communicate effectively throughout the sales process.
  • Develop trusted internal and customer relationships that support win-win sales outcomes.
  • Manage a sales pipeline within a defined sales process.
  • Communicate deal status, timelines, and hurdles to internal management and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and job experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience, ideally in financial services or consultative sales.
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams.
  • Experience selling across multiple products and across different industries.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders during the sales cycle, including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance.
  • Experience engaging customers and building a presence using communication tools.
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM programs, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to compute basic business math.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work on multiple projects (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM, pricing, equipment, and/or gateways (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism (preferred).
  • Consultative selling experience (preferred).
  • Prospecting, solution selling, discovery, objection handling, planning, and closing skills (preferred).
  • Competitive spirit, resourcefulness, willingness to accept coaching, and drive to hit metrics (preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment (preferred).
