Description

  • Directly manage, mentor, and coordinate a local team of 4 specialists across KOL, Community, PR/Events, and SEO.
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans tailored to Colombia and its client community.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate spend across channels based on performance data.
  • Monitor campaign performance and user behavior using analytics platforms to guide team priorities.
  • Act as the main connection between the local team and Global HQ by sharing market insights and coordinating global campaigns.
  • Track the Colombian competitive landscape, emerging payment methods, and cultural shifts to identify opportunities and competitors.
  • Oversee local strategy execution with both strategic planning and hands-on involvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of 3 or more specialists.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or another comparable fast-moving industry.
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Colombia and Latin America.
  • Experience scaling KOL/influencer marketing, local PR, offline events, and localized SEO/community building.
  • Proven experience allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets of $50,000 or more.
  • Ability to drive down CPA and maximize ROI through budget optimization.
  • Strong experience sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Colombian influencers, financial bloggers, and local partners.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Tableau, and PowerBI, including cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV analysis.
  • Hands-on proficiency with AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection.
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, or Confluence for project management and team coordination.
  • Native Spanish and fluent business English.
  • Prior experience in Retail FX, CFD brokerage, or crypto exchange marketing in Colombia is a plus.
  • An existing network of financial influencers, media contacts, or affiliate partners in Colombia is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Colombia is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools for content and campaign production is a plus.
