Description

  • Review, restructure, and rewrite website messaging to clearly reflect the company’s services and value proposition.
  • Build and execute a consistent LinkedIn content strategy for the company page and leadership profiles.
  • Clarify and refine brand positioning across external communications.
  • Develop business-focused content such as case studies, insights, and employer branding materials.
  • Support employer branding by increasing visibility of the company’s culture, projects, and people.
  • Work directly with leadership to shape messaging and challenge ideas when needed.
  • Translate complex consulting and technology services into clear, compelling communication.
  • Move quickly and deliver work independently with strong ownership over external marketing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in consulting, tech, or SaaS.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn content strategy and brand positioning.
  • Proven ability to revamp or build websites from a content and structure perspective, not coding.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a clear, sharp, no-fluff style.
  • Ability to translate complex services into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Comfort working directly with leadership and challenging ideas when needed.
  • Independent, ownership-driven working style.
  • Practical, business-oriented mindset rather than a purely creative approach.
  • Ability to move fast and deliver without heavy processes.
