Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation and progress opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Conduct daily outreach and schedule meetings and product demos to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Present products online and in person to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians.
  • Develop actionable account strategies using industry trends and market insights to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver on sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows and support other marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, STEM, or Edtech sales.
  • Proven success in achieving new business sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
  • Experience with Salesforce and platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-driven, results-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Frequent business travel is required.
