Description

  • Lead and manage a global team of 8+ recruiters.
  • Own recruiting performance and hiring outcomes across global business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align recruiting priorities and hiring plans.
  • Review candidate pipelines across active searches to ensure sufficient volume, quality, and progression.
  • Monitor recruiting activity, funnel conversion rates, hiring velocity, and recruiter performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve candidate flow and hiring success.
  • Implement recruiting KPIs and present dashboards and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Research, test, implement, and optimize recruiting technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with hiring across global markets, preferably EMEA and North America.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing international recruiting teams.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
  • Experience implementing ATS platforms, sourcing technologies, recruiting automation tools, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
  • Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
