Description

  • Identify and research potential clients and build a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, social media, WhatsApp, events, and channel partners.
  • Qualify prospects using criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in the CRM and track follow-ups through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to hand off qualified leads.
  • Research fintech market trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform outreach strategy.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as leads generated, outreach activity, and conversion rates.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns and share feedback on messaging and content effectiveness.
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Stay current on the company’s products, value proposition, and ongoing sales training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working across North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle rejection, stay persistent, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with the fintech industry and financial products and services is preferred.
  • Passion for technology and innovation in finance is a plus.
