Description

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for partnerships and new growth initiatives, tailored to audiences from country leads to executive leadership.
  • Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, revenue attainment, and related performance metrics to identify patterns and recommend actions.
  • Support quarterly and annual GTM business reviews with cohort analysis, market benchmarks, and forward-looking indicators.
  • Contribute to GTM capacity planning and quota-setting by modeling scenarios, building attainment reports, and stress-testing assumptions.
  • Maintain performance-against-target reporting for growth programs and emerging channels, including early identification of outliers and data reconciliation.
  • Support variable compensation analysis by running calculations, auditing results, and partnering with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
  • Build and maintain data structures that enable reliable rolling forecasts for new and high-growth segments.
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive reporting, accelerate data synthesis, and build scalable analytical workflows.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to RevOps processes and analytical programs.
  • Audit and connect data across CRM, marketing automation, financial systems, and proprietary revenue sources to ensure reporting is accurate and unified.
  • Document data models, metric definitions, and reporting logic so stakeholders share a consistent understanding of revenue metrics.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leadership by scoping requests, delivering clear analysis, and improving GTM data processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related GTM-adjacent role.
  • Hands-on Tableau experience with the ability to build dashboards from scratch.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to answer questions independently.
  • Experience working with CRM data, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience connecting CRM, marketing automation, and financial data into reporting environments.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics such as conversion rates, LTV, pipeline coverage, ramp curves, revenue attainment, and customer health.
  • Ability to design data models that support forecasting, compensation analysis, and multi-region rollups.
  • Active, day-to-day use of AI tools such as Claude Copilot/Code or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated use of AI to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, or build scalable operational programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Exposure to incentive compensation modeling, quota attainment reporting, or variable pay analysis is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B fintech, payments, corporate banking, or expense management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-region revenue reporting is preferred.
  • Experience building or improving compensation and quota-tracking systems end-to-end is a plus.
  • Background in channel partnerships, broker networks, or indirect sales models is preferred.
