Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex school districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Travel throughout Upstate New York to deliver professional development, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Meet regularly with district and school leaders to monitor progress, analyze data, and plan next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging live and virtual professional development sessions to increase IXL usage and adoption.
  • Use data to inform decisions and guide implementation strategy.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and create effective implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
