Description

  • Turn loosely defined talent-management problems into clear project plans.
  • Research, synthesize, and structure complex information for executive decision-making.
  • Create presentation-ready documents, frameworks, presentations, and tools.
  • Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, findings, and changes in direction.
  • Present project work and recommendations to the Talent Growth & Inclusion team and People & Culture stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Talent Growth & Inclusion team members, People Partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, test ideas, draft materials, and evaluate recommendations while maintaining independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited institution.
  • Currently studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
  • Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Comfort working with data, templates, and structured frameworks, including creating new ones when needed.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools, plus willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
  • Prior internship, project, or coursework in HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives preferred.
