Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
  • Travel locally to deliver professional development, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Meet regularly with district and school leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions that drive engagement and usage.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and implementation strategy.
  • Share insights with internal teams to help shape products and services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Ability to interpret data and develop effective implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $95,000 to $120,000.
