Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to support consistent implementation.
  • Deliver professional development, including live and virtual sessions, to drive engagement and product usage.
  • Travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area to visit schools, classrooms, and district leaders and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Support districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Analyze data to monitor progress, guide decision-making, and determine next steps.
  • Share district insights with internal teams to help inform products and services.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to school or district administrators.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Ability to interpret data, develop strategic plans, and drive implementation.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Self-starter with a quick learning curve and a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000.
  • Potential bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits package included.
  • Full-time remote position for candidates living in Los Angeles, California.
  • 40% to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel.
