Description

  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM operating cadences with functional leaders to improve accountability and execution consistency.
  • Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and stage consistency across the full funnel to build a predictable business.
  • Partner with Reporting & Analytics to produce pipeline insights, improve data hygiene, and analyze pipeline source, coverage, and metrics.
  • Schedule and run quarterly big-deal and loss reviews.
  • Lead GEO GTM planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and manage sales quota frameworks, including territory design and SPIF management, aligned to ARR goals.
  • Build and own the sales methodology and enablement framework to improve account executive productivity and ramp time.
  • Analyze GEO and sub-region sales performance to identify issues, best practices, and areas for improvement.
  • Own deal review and approval processes and provide strategic positioning through management of the Contract Management/Deal Desk team.
  • Work with the Global Compensation team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and appropriate behavior in compensation plan design.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a Revenue Operations team.
  • Experience working with Sales teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to drive decisions through data and analysis.
  • Ability to create analysis, influence others, and solve problems across groups.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a global and diverse team and deliver time-sensitive work.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global business context.
  • Experience or familiarity with Callidus, Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment (#remote).
