Description

  • Support quote and proposal creation, including pricing and configuration accuracy checks and template maintenance.
  • Assess the end-to-end sales process to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and performance gaps, then build prioritized improvement plans with sales leadership.
  • Develop and distribute weekly and monthly reporting packages covering sales productivity, order accuracy, quote turnaround time, escalation volume, and related metrics.
  • Own onboarding for new sales hires and ensure readiness in tool access, order placement, quote generation, special pricing, and client onboarding processes.
  • Create, maintain, and update sales playbooks, process guides, and enablement materials.
  • Deliver structured training for new and existing sales team members to improve consistency and close process gaps.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, lead conversion, and source performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sales tools, CRM issues, enhancements, user support, and lead management platform optimization, primarily in Salesforce.
  • Manage post-lead lifecycle processes, including routing qualified leads, monitoring follow-up activity, and tracking lead ROI.
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene by auditing records, resolving duplicates and stale entries, and improving workflow automation and data governance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related role.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology sales or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM, including pipeline reporting, lead management, and workflow automation.
  • Experience developing and delivering sales training or enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in a hybrid lead management and sales operations capacity is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on expertise is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead enrichment or intent data tools such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Bombora is preferred.
  • Background working in B2B technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
