Description

  • Use Salesforce.com to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Suggest pricing and payment solutions that balance customer needs with company pricing policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and outside sales executives.
  • Develop and maintain product, industry, vendor, and service knowledge.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key vendors and customers.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to support forecast accuracy.
  • Work with accounting and contracts teams to process and track orders.
  • Analyze information with the team to make decisions that benefit GuidePoint Security.
  • Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve customer delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software required; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred.
  • Strong math skills, including the ability to calculate margins, discounts, and percentages.
  • Self-motivated with an unwavering positive attitude and strong drive for results.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and apply constructive feedback to improve results.
  • Good judgment in analyzing information and making decisions that benefit GuidePoint Security.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, phone, and written documents.
