Description

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement and refine regional GTM strategies.
  • Provide daily front-line support for CPQ, including quote creation, approval management, and configuration troubleshooting.
  • Support the end-to-end electronic signature process by sending and tracking DocuSign agreements.
  • Oversee sales lead, opportunity, and forecast management to maintain a predictable revenue pipeline.
  • Document internal processes and manage day-to-day use of GTM applications to support operational excellence and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with reporting functions to track Sales and Marketing KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to ensure new hires receive training plans, documentation, and system access.
  • Monitor lead routing, assignment volume, and lead disposition, and support successful marketing lead uploads and integrations.
  • Identify and implement workflow, training, and sales tool improvements to increase field productivity.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between regional sales teams and global technology administrators.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or GTM/Revenue Operations.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Experience with CPQ tools.
  • Experience with DocuSign and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with local compliance and privacy regulations as they impact GTM systems.
  • Self-motivated, outcomes-oriented, and able to work with urgency as a strong team player.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve lead scoring, or enhance predictive analytics is a plus.
