Description

  • Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems in Python with a focus on orchestration, reasoning, and decision-making.
  • Create Model Context Protocol integrations between the product and security tools, developer environments, and AI coding assistants.
  • Develop and refine prompt chains for security workflows such as triage, prioritization, and remediation.
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and memory systems that maintain persistent context about customer environments.
  • Own features end to end from design through production, including building, testing, deploying, and measuring outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product, platform engineering, security research, and infrastructure teams.
  • Evaluate new AI and ML capabilities and productize the ones that can be brought into production.
  • Work across the stack, including integrations with security tools and developer workflows.
  • Apply attacker-inspired techniques to help solve modern security challenges.
  • Surface problems early and contribute solutions in a high-ownership environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production software development experience with a track record of shipping high-quality solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, or agentic AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • End-to-end software development skills, including frontend development, pipelines, tests, monitoring, and scalability.
  • Ability to balance engineering rigor with pragmatic delivery.
  • Comfort using agentic coding tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to surface problems early and propose solutions.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as AWS Strands, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI in production environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MCP and AI tool integration patterns (preferred).
  • Background in application security, penetration testing, or security tooling (preferred).
  • Experience with Go or C# for performance-critical components (preferred).
  • Ability to build single-page applications using Vue.js (preferred).
  • AWS experience with Bedrock and Kubernetes deployments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GitLab for source control and CI/CD (preferred).
  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation methods such as benchmarks, red-teaming, and human feedback (preferred).
  • Experience building third-party integrations using REST APIs (preferred).
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity about AI/ML.
  • High ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments where prototypes are rapidly iterated or discarded.
  • Interest in autonomous AI systems and using work in real customer environments.
  • Ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
  • Detail-oriented approach focused on systems that scale and last.
