Description

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, networking, and conferences.
  • Own opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreement.
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand client priorities, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Develop tailored, value-based solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with school leaders, referral partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent Inspiroz at conferences, networking events, webinars, and other industry activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline information, and sales forecasts in HubSpot.
  • Participate in sales coaching, training, and professional development while contributing best practices to the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of successful B2B consultative sales experience with full-cycle selling responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success developing pipeline, managing opportunities, and consistently achieving sales goals.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to leverage AI and modern sales technologies to improve prospecting, client engagement, productivity, and sales effectiveness.
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management.
  • Experience selling managed IT services, technology services, professional services, or other consultative solutions (preferred).
  • Experience working with charter schools, independent schools, nonprofits, or other mission-driven organizations (preferred).
  • Experience using sales enablement and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Nooks (preferred).
  • Experience building referral networks, strategic partnerships, and centers of influence (preferred).
  • Experience representing an organization through conferences, speaking engagements, or industry networking (preferred).

  • Base salary of $70,000-$95,000 plus commission.
