Description

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers through proactive engagement, active listening, and empathy.
  • Act as a go-to advisor for customer questions and strategic discussions related to marketing and sales practices.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable guidance for audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-suite leaders.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the product and troubleshoot issues to help customers find solutions.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts, timelines, and milestones while setting priorities and managing expectations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams across time zones to share insights and coordinate customer success efforts.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions during occasional on-site customer visits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting US-based customers.
  • Experience planning and forecasting renewals and expansions 6+ months in advance.
  • Experience preparing pricing proposals and contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders and articulating value and ROI.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to become a product expert.
  • Business acumen, including familiarity with financial concepts, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with retention metrics and tracking personal retention performance.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn; the company welcomes candidates whose backgrounds do not perfectly match the stated profile.
