Description

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA Customer Success team of Customer Success Engineers and Specialists.
  • Design and execute customer journey strategies that improve adoption, time-to-value, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Renewals to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Establish, govern, and act on KPIs across customer health, team health, and business impact.
  • Deploy automation and AI-driven tools to streamline onboarding and improve customer success execution.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer value-focused talent while building a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Remove friction in the customer journey and improve predictability across the region.
  • Identify customer and business risks and use data to improve decision-making.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive Customer Success leadership experience in technology or SaaS.
  • 12+ years of proven leadership experience building high-performing teams and developing talent.
  • Track record of improving adoption, retention, customer value, and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading change management, automation, and technology-enabled process improvements.
  • Demonstrated success owning customer adoption, health, risk mitigation, renewal performance, and expansion motions.
  • Exceptional executive leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to align teams around outcomes and turn customer insights into action.
  • Experience in a global or regional leadership role supporting enterprise customer success is preferred.
  • Applicant must be permanently located in Romania or Poland.
  • Experience working with AI-driven tools or automation in customer operations is a plus.
