Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value verticals including data centers, healthcare, and high-tech manufacturing.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers such as owners, developers, facility engineers, and design consultants.
  • Influence mechanical and electrical design teams to specify Infinitum motors as the basis of design.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships that accelerate buying decisions and support long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with engineering firms, OEM partners, and design consultants to create preference for Infinitum products.
  • Own the commercial relationship and account strategy from initial engagement through specification and procurement.
  • Partner with Application Engineers to ensure technical alignment and integration into design documentation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, technical working groups, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and reporting on specification progress and wins.
  • Monitor competitive activity, market dynamics, and customer roadmaps to identify timing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or strategic accounts, preferably in HVAC, energy efficiency, or mission-critical industries.
  • Experience developing strategic relationships in verticals such as data centers, healthcare, or similar markets.
  • Proven ability to create and execute account-based strategies for large, complex customers.
  • Track record of closing multi-million-dollar, enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time for customer meetings.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, and facility operations.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and layers of approval.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account development skills.
