Description

  • Own growth for agency and technology partners across the ANZ region.
  • Manage inbound and outbound agency referrals to generate pipeline and bookings.
  • Drive adoption of the agency partner program through onboarding, education, training, enablement, and business reviews.
  • Build and maintain commercial relationships with agencies, tech partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and the go-to-market Sales and Marketing teams, as well as Customer Success and Publisher Development.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Meet and exceed individual pipeline and bookings targets through new business and existing customer growth.
  • Manage short, medium, and complex long-term sales cycles across multiple personas.
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, including marketing initiatives, events, lunch-and-learns, and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer records in company systems and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful commercial experience with consistent performance and target attainment in a sales or SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of experience working with agencies and technical partners.
  • A network of agency contacts is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, particularly the performance and affiliate marketing ecosystem, is preferred.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience with sales and outbound communication tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a long-term focus on customer success.
  • Strong problem-solving, objection handling, networking, and presentation skills.
  • A positive attitude, persistence, curiosity, tenacity, resilience, and coachability.
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate openly, and take personal ownership and accountability.
