Description

  • Identify, strategize, pursue, and create new business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of enterprise Voice and SMS opportunities.
  • Meet sales goals in line with the overall sales strategy.
  • Learn IDT’s products and services and educate prospects to support buying decisions.
  • Understand client ecosystems and position IDT solutions to fit their requirements.
  • Manage CRM applications and internal systems to track sales activity and progress.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to refine sales strategies.
  • Transition converted opportunities to the account management team.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Close sales while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and confidence in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B SMS-based environment.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple sales stages.
  • Self-motivation to drive metrics, results, and KPIs.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
