Description

  • Execute multi-channel outreach through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to engage high-intent global leads.
  • Initiate rapport-building conversations and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently book qualified sales meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and status updates accurately in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Present digital products and fintech services in a clear, persuasive, and client-focused manner.
  • Handle technical and commercial objections to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Provide regular performance updates and market feedback to the Business Development Lead to improve outreach strategy.
  • Work across multiple time zones to connect with international prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Telesales.
  • No fresh graduates; candidates must have relevant professional sales experience.
  • Previous experience selling digital products, SaaS, or fintech solutions is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging international C-level stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including EU, APAC, or US schedules.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Ability to maintain a professional brand voice in all digital communications.
