Description

  • Create, implement, and execute sales plans to identify buying influences and move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategy to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • Sell and manage the full range of printing, packaging, and fulfillment services.
  • Maintain and grow customer accounts while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Provide consultative sales support by diagnosing client issues and recommending solutions.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, including requirements gathering, quoting, coordinating stakeholders, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Work with estimating teams to prepare quotes and support project planning.
  • Develop and report on sales forecasts and sales activity against plan.
  • Document prospecting, sales, and customer service activities in Salesforce.com and HubSpot.
  • Present work at production milestones, collect client feedback, and support troubleshooting during and after project delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the printing or packaging industry is required.
  • 1-2 years of current sales or customer service experience in the printing industry is required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • College degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of commercial print and packaging technology is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and build strong personal relationships.
  • Solution-oriented and confident approach to sales and customer interactions.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and HubSpot is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short-notice activity and numerous schedules.
  • Regular and predictable attendance with the ability to travel as needed.
