Description

  • Handle inside and inbound phone sales with pre-qualified leads in the U.S. credit sector.
  • Pitch and close credit repair solutions based on each customer’s credit profile and situation.
  • Follow TCP’s step-by-step sales process to promote credit repair products and address customer concerns.
  • Work toward and exceed quotas and KPIs through consistent sales performance.
  • Use TCP’s technology stack, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu, in daily operations.
  • Communicate with customers in a persuasive, solution-oriented, and customer-first manner.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in B2C-focused financial or banking services.
  • Proven experience in inside or inbound phone sales in the United States credit sector.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, personal loans, credit repair, credit history, credit scores, and reporting.
  • Remote full-time availability with one unpaid 1-hour break in a 9-hour shift.
  • Ability to work one of the listed EST schedules, including Monday-Thursday plus Saturday or Monday-Friday shifts.
  • Bring Your Own Device computer that meets the company’s requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-first orientation with empathy for customer needs.
  • Willingness and ability to learn TCP’s technology suite quickly.
