Description

  • Drive net new revenue by converting TASER-only customers into full Axon ecosystem partners.
  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at TASER-only agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support account expansion.
  • Build and execute account strategies with internal account teams.
  • Cultivate relationships across agency stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with Axon specialists and cross-functional teams to strengthen solution positioning.
  • Forecast pipeline, track competitive intelligence, and keep leadership informed of account activity.
  • Log and monitor customer activity in Salesforce to identify opportunities and execute strategy.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
  • Own the overall customer relationship and drive satisfaction, adoption, and long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with demonstrated quota attainment and success.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality and a drive to grow territory.
  • Ability to articulate complex, multi-solution offerings clearly and compellingly.
  • Experience building senior-level relationships across law enforcement and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, with travel up to 70% possible.
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment may be required for some roles.
