Description

  • Reach out to global leads provided by the company and initiate contact with prospects.
  • Build rapport with prospects and book qualified sales calls.
  • Follow up consistently on leads to drive conversions and meet monthly targets.
  • Present service offerings in a clear, consultative way that addresses client needs.
  • Manage all lead and pipeline activity in a CRM system.
  • Provide weekly feedback and reporting to the business development lead.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Maintain high responsiveness, professionalism, and flexibility across time zones.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Attend international Finance, Trading, and FinTech expos.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and the Delivery Team.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or telesales.
  • Experience in marketing, tech, or agency settings is preferred.
  • Comfort engaging with international clients, especially in finance, trading, or tech-related sectors.
  • Proven experience booking meetings or closing deals from warm or cold leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Experience with outreach workflows.
  • Highly self-motivated, responsive, and performance-oriented.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, including EU, APAC, or global coverage.
