Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Communicate client needs internally and provide the team with the information required to write, design, and execute campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, including leading meetings and responding to requests promptly.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and audience data to identify trends, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Prepare client reports covering revenue, campaign performance, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with the Service Department and other cross-functional teams to meet KPIs, maintain quality standards, and launch new services or products.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client services, support upselling efforts, and help prevent client churn.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience managing client accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including leading creatives or marketing teams to deliver client work.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Availability during office hours, Mondays to Fridays between 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Commitment to 30–35 hours per week, or about 140 tracked hours per month.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • Experience with e-commerce or Klaviyo is a strong advantage.
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC and be able to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Must be open to feedback and able to give constructive feedback productively.

Benefits

  • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
  • Contractor status after signing the non-disclosure agreement.
  • First two months paid at full rate as a trial-and-adaptation period.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluated after 6–12 months.
  • Full-time commitment with remote work flexibility.
