Description

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the face of Modern Health for top-priority customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR executives, and consultants.
  • Partner with clients to define and execute custom program strategies that fit their broader benefits offerings.
  • Lead global account meetings, QBRs/ABRs, and day-to-day reporting requests for large customers.
  • Act as the primary contact for global solution updates, escalations, and urgent client matters.
  • Provide local implementation support alongside the US-based implementation team.
  • Deliver tailored Benefit Overview sessions and help clients understand available training topics.
  • Use data, storytelling, and actionable recommendations to guide client strategy and decision-making.
  • Leverage tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to assess client health, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to improve adoption and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders.
  • Experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Proven success managing a book of business independently and strategically.
  • Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and HR decision-makers.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Track record of driving retention, adoption, renewal, and expansion results.
  • Experience developing account strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker is preferred.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with urgency and independence.
