Description

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the face of Modern Health for top-priority customers.
Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR executives, and consultants.
Partner with clients to define and execute custom program strategies that fit their broader benefits offerings.
Lead global account meetings, QBRs/ABRs, and day-to-day reporting requests for large customers.
Act as the primary contact for global solution updates, escalations, and urgent client matters.
Provide local implementation support alongside the US-based implementation team.
Deliver tailored Benefit Overview sessions and help clients understand available training topics.
Use data, storytelling, and actionable recommendations to guide client strategy and decision-making.
Leverage tools such as Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to assess client health, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to improve adoption and client outcomes.

Requirements

10+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders.
Experience in employer benefits and healthcare is a strong plus.
Proven success managing a book of business independently and strategically.
Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and HR decision-makers.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Track record of driving retention, adoption, renewal, and expansion results.
Experience developing account strategies that maximize customer value and revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data.
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker is preferred.
Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with urgency and independence.
