Description

  • Lead onboarding for new social media clients and educate them on company processes and strategies.
  • Develop tailored campaigns and ensure a smooth handoff to the Client Solutions Manager once campaigns are stabilized.
  • Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and deliver campaign reports with insights, wins, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to support client growth.
  • Work with platform representatives from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar partners to secure resources for campaigns.
  • Support Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks, trainings, and internal initiatives.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements and share social media best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid social media management with a focus on campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting strategies and reports to clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social media certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and trainings.
