Description

  • Develop, build, and expand referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create and grow strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner sales initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partners.
  • Accelerate partner relationships to expand Human Interest’s reach among small and medium-sized businesses nationwide.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong resilience, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to embrace feedback and accountability.

  • On-target earnings of $130,000 - $140,000, including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 and a variable target compensation of $70,000.
