Description

  • Develop, build, and expand referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create and grow strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner promotions such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partner accounts.
  • Use judgment and discretion to create solutions when needed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage operational partnership issues while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to operate independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong resilience, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Ability to absorb training and feedback and execute effectively.
  • Ability to be in the field 3 days per week.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $135,000-$140,000, including a $70,000 base salary and a $70,000 variable target compensation.
