Description

  • Design and execute enablement plans for assigned partners through workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and technical coaching.
  • Act as an observability architect for high-value partner-led opportunities, supporting solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and partners to guide customer opportunities sourced through the partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain project discipline by tracking risks, resource utilization, and engagement status in central systems.
  • Oversee partner-led project delivery with New Relic Professional Services to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point and guide partners through implementation playbooks and delivery best practices.
  • Monitor project health against customer satisfaction targets and delivery expectations.
  • Share partner and customer feedback with Product and Practice teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support partner sales managers and ecosystem partners across the full partner lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles focused on cloud and application performance technologies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of observability concepts, including APM, infrastructure, and log management.
  • Ability to communicate technical value effectively to both engineers and leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Understanding of how to build sustainable technical businesses within partner networks such as SIs, MSPs, and resellers.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear expectations, milestone tracking, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in capacity planning and advising partners on resource needs for upcoming project pipelines.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to pass employment verification and a criminal background check, and potentially an export compliance assessment where required.
