Description

  • Lead the creation and distribution of quarterly partner newsletters for internal and external audiences.
  • Draft and finalize quarterly Win Wires highlighting major deal closures and partnership milestones.
  • Track and synthesize KPIs, deal progress, and sourced/influenced GNARR for reporting and visibility.
  • Own and streamline the partner onboarding journey from contract setup in Ironclad through first certification.
  • Maintain accurate partner data across Salesforce and Ironclad, including tiers, regions, and specializations.
  • Equip new partners with access to the partner portal, training, and tools needed to ramp quickly.
  • Maintain hyperscaler portals for AWS, Microsoft, and Google to provide visibility into opportunities, pipeline, and joint initiatives.
  • Keep the Partner Capability Matrix and onboarding documentation current with product, service, and team updates.
  • Support partner event preparation and post-event follow-up with Field Marketing and Partner Sales Managers.
  • Synthesize feedback from Customer Success teams on partner performance for business reviews.

Requirements

  • Master's degree.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting newsletters, success stories, and partner-facing content.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on process execution and data accuracy.
  • Comfort with pulling reports and working with spreadsheets to track KPIs and engagement metrics.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Ironclad, or partner portals is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in enterprise software, AI, cloud, or the broader data ecosystem.
  • Proactive team player who is willing to take on administrative work while keeping the bigger picture in view.
