Description

  • Build and articulate the value of Klaviyo’s software to top partners and differentiate it from other solutions.
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities to and from partners.
  • Coach partners on how to grow their business and profitability with Klaviyo.
  • Advise partners on their business models and growth strategies using a consultative approach.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize opportunities and resolve challenges.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in partners’ business models, products, and ecosystems.
  • Develop a 360-degree view of Klaviyo’s relationships with major eCommerce platforms and guide strategy and investment decisions.
  • Identify and support connections between Klaviyo teams and strategic partner teams.
  • Run internal campaigns to increase awareness of partner capabilities across Klaviyo.
  • Represent Klaviyo externally as a speaker and spokesperson when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS account management, channel, and/or sales.
  • Experience supporting and influencing colleagues on cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC.
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals to closure.
  • Experience working with AI tools in work or personal projects and eagerness to learn responsibly.
  • Willingness to adhere to responsible AI use practices, including privacy, security, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
  • Experience working with C-suite leaders and strategic partners is preferred.
  • Strong consultative and ecosystem knowledge is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $142,800 to $193,200 USD.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles.
